If you'd like to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an order has been processed, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order.

For any APPAREL orders:

Please order by December 12 to ensure it arrives by Christmas.

For any other items:

To receive your product before Christmas, please make your orders by December 1.

We typically estimate 12-24 days for shipping, however most orders arrive within 10 days or less. With that being said, during Christmas shipping times are all delayed so no guarantees can be made. However, if ANY orders are longer than 24 days, we will gladly send a refund of 25% while you wait for your order.

Although this is a rare case, if your package does take longer than 24 days, please either chat with us by clicking the "Contact Us Live" button at the bottom of this page, or send us an email to help@proudrightwinger.com.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced by receiving your order damaged.

Due to high demand, we constantly update our inventory. Therefore if there are different items in a single order, we ship the available items first and then ship the rest separately when our inventory is updated.

We do this because we're a young company and we want to grow! We figure the best way to do this is to offer the best possible promotion to our customers!

If you want to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. Once the order has been processed unfortunately we won't be able to cancel the order.
